The Office of the C.E.O provides strategic leadership and executive oversight across all Gamswitch operations. It coordinates corporate governance, board relations, and the overall execution of the company's mission and vision.
Responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of Gamswitch's core payment switching infrastructure. This department manages all hardware, software, network systems, data centres, and technology partnerships that underpin the national payment network.
Oversees all financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting activities. The Finance department ensures fiscal discipline, manages settlement accounts, and produces regulatory and management financial reports in line with national and international standards.
Manages the day-to-day processing and settlement of interbank, ATM, POS, mobile money, and QR code transactions. The Operations team ensures the continuous availability and integrity of the switch, monitoring transaction flows 24/7.
Drives the acquisition of new member institutions and merchant partners, manages existing relationships, and develops revenue-generating products and services. This team is the primary point of contact for banks, wallets, and fintechs seeking to connect to the switch.
Manages talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and all administrative functions. HR ensures that Gamswitch attracts, develops, and retains the skilled professionals needed to run a world-class payment switch.
